This dealership is one of THE WORST I’ve ever dealt with, and Ive bought lots of cars!! Your service dept is DESPICABLE!! Does no good whatsoever to have an appt, because it means nothing! Average 3 hour and Ive bought lots of cars!! Your service dept is DESPICABLE!! Does no good whatsoever to have an appt, because it means nothing! Average 3 hours to get a simple oil change... WITH AN APPT!!!! What good does it do??? None of your service advisors know what they’re doing, your sakesnaen are never there more than a month....something is bad wrong with management!!! The service lady was awesome - Elizabeth but I had valuable stuff stolen from underneath the back seat - which was concealed. When I brought to attention of the management- I was treated like I did s valuable stuff stolen from underneath the back seat - which was concealed. When I brought to attention of the management- I was treated like I did something wrong. You expect leaving your 70k vehicle with a n organization that it would be locked and protected at all times. It was not and apparently this has happened previously and management does not have a solution - cameras don’t to work either. Good luck on your next visit. More

I was very disappointed. I was there 5 1/2 hrs just for an oil change and recall. My advisor never checked on me. I went to the cashier twice. I never got my recall fixed. and I get in my car and it did no an oil change and recall. My advisor never checked on me. I went to the cashier twice. I never got my recall fixed. and I get in my car and it did not get vacuumed. My advisor did not go over the recommendations on the paper like they normally do. I went back to get my car vacuumed and get windshield wipers as recommended on the paper after I read it. Not happy at all but their mechanic work is amazing. Customer service from advisor sucked! In the end it was ok Called in advance to schedule key change. Was told it was definitely in stock and only take a few minutes. After an hour and a half wait, they told me it was not in stock, but they sent someone to Grand Prairie to pick it up. Only had to wait another hour plus to get it swapped out. 2 bad visits in a row. Oil change, with no confirmation or communication I took my shuttle to get the oil changed, and when I went to the service drive, they directed me to the heavy duty service desk. I went there and put my keys on the counter and said I had a shuttle to have and oil change. He took the keys and said ok. He walked out, was gone a few minutes came back in and sat down at his computer and was typing. I asked after a few minutes, was it pulling up. He said we have already went out and started it. I said ok, that would have been nice to know. I said I guess you will call when its ready, he said yes, though he never took my number. I waited 24 hrs and walked back there. He said it was done but the ticket was back at the service drive which I went down and did the ticket. I ended up retrieving my van as I didn't want to wait for it to be pulled up. More
