This dealer recently changed names and hopefully will improve service for Fords and Lincolns. I was a customer of the nearby Don Davis Chrysler dealership now owned by Clay Cooley too, and that dealers improve service for Fords and Lincolns. From the day I purchased by SUV from Don Davis Ford the customer service was EXCELLENT. Not so with Clay Cooley Ford. In dealing with Clay Cooley Ford for my oil change and full service (which I paid for customer service was EXCELLENT. Not so with Clay Cooley Ford. In dealing with Clay Cooley Ford for my oil change and full service (which I paid for when I purchased my SUV) I was met with "well, we can't do this or we can't do that". A week later when I called because my horn quit working properly and I needed to get it repaired because the state inspection needed to be done, I was told "we are backed up a week and a half before we can schedule getting your vehicle in" for the warranty work which I paid handsomely for! And once we agreed that I would set up a date today for two weeks from today to bring my vehicle for the "diagnosis", was told that the Diagnosis person would not be able to look at my car on that day! Finally, I told Jonathan Pope I would need to try to find another dealership willing to provide the service Don Davis Ford provided. I was not asking for anything more than I was provided by Don Davis Ford. It was quite a shock to find myself feeling like I had to beg for these things and still didn't get it. I hung up talking to Jonathan Pope and placed a call to another dealership who scheduled picking up my SUV the next morning, kept me informed of the status of my vehicle from the time it left my driveway until it was repaired and returned in one day! That is the service Clay Cooley Ford should have provided and Jonathan Pope should have provided. More

I returned to Clay Cooley Ford for the same issue that was supposedly addressed in my previous service visit. Once again, the experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After paying a considerable amount for repairs during my initial visit, I was forced to bring my truck back when the issue wasn’t resolved. Despite leaving numerous calls and messages, it still took over a week before I received any feedback on my truck’s status. This repeated lack of communication is unacceptable, and the fact that I had to pay more to address an unresolved issue only adds to my frustration. I hope that after this second round of repairs, the problem is finally fixed. However, my confidence in this dealership has been significantly diminished. Improvements in customer service and accountability are greatly needed here. More

I bought a 40,000$ truck an the same day it was having engine issues an I was told it would get switched out bye manager an they never did making me have to buy another brand new vehicle saying that was m engine issues an I was told it would get switched out bye manager an they never did making me have to buy another brand new vehicle saying that was my only option which messed up credit again . I was lied to numerous times along with that there was too much miscommunication. It was very unprofessional and along with that I feel there should've at least been a complementary cleaning of my car due too much miscommunication.
