I had issues from the beginning with the vehicle and the dealership. Hated this experience and I’ve worked at the Nissan store previously. That’s the reason why I went back thinking I can trust them and eve dealership. Hated this experience and I’ve worked at the Nissan store previously. That’s the reason why I went back thinking I can trust them and everything will be great but I was wrong. Although I had a pleasure of working with Krystal she was amazing! She stepped in and got me my vehicle back. Very helpful, respectful and honest. She explained everything that was done to the vehicle multiple times to be sure I understood and was updated throughout working with her. Now I know who to ask for when I need service!
