Took 5 hours to revieve 30,000 mile service, No one checked in with me during the visit. I finally checked in after over 4 hours. They did not do what they said they would. They said one thing and put something else in the paperwork and we missed it until we got a big bill from Ford Motor. We never assumed they would put something else in the paperwork so we sign the little illegible pad and now we have no idea who we the names we delt with there except Ashley and have not heard back from her. She knows what was said, she was there.This is dishonest dealings. More
