If you can avoid taking your vehicle to this dealership for service, I would absolutely recommend it!!! This is my 3rd time having the take a vehicle here & every time the service gets worse. Not good cust for service, I would absolutely recommend it!!! This is my 3rd time having the take a vehicle here & every time the service gets worse. Not good customer service & Most Importantly the mechanics are not knowledgeable what so ever. Had $5000 worth the work done to find out they NEVER even completed 1/2 of the work! It was in for a coolant leak inside the engine & NO flush nor top off of the fluids was completed!! Took my Lincoln to another dealership & the service advisor said… “You got Scammed”. Completely unsatisfactory work is being done here. More
