Ryan was very efficient and there was no pressure to buy anything extra. I will say that by the time you are at a dealership for over 6 hours you are tired and ready to go. When signing the contract I briefly looked over and signed. However, I paid sticker and upon reviewing the contract at home the MSRP on the contract was $2500 higher than the sticker. When we returned the next day to bring the title to my trade-in we spoke with Chad. He explained that we should have looked at the internet price because the difference in price was "dealer add-ons". Granted, some trucks on the lot had an envelope sized tag in the windshield with the MSRP and a dealer add-on figure with a new total. Note this is not near the window sticker. The truck I purchased did not have any extra tags anywhere noting that there were "dealer-add-ons" that affected the bottom line. Who carries their phone around a dealership making sure the truck you are looking at is the price listed? Anyway, Chad made it right. The contract was rewritten for the window sticker price. I was happy with the outcome but I think that the dealership should be more clear about what the final price is and what exactly the dealer add-ons are. I still don't know what the add-ons were for my truck. I also wonder how many people this gets over on. There is a spot on the contract for add-ons so the cost should be listed there. Overall I was very pleased with my choice of truck, the selection at the dealership and the courtesy of the staff. More

Dropped my Explorer off Tuesday morning at 7:15am for a recall fix expecting it to be ready by 5 or 6pm as discussed. Went back up at 5pm to find out the parts were not available in the morning and they h recall fix expecting it to be ready by 5 or 6pm as discussed. Went back up at 5pm to find out the parts were not available in the morning and they had to get them in the afternoon and my truck would not be available until Wednesday. Needless to say this was very inconvenient and I do not understand why this was not identified before I dropped off as I could have rescheduled. A loaner or rental was denied although Marc did make the porter available to pick me up on Wednesday and bring me to the dealership so I appreciate that (and the porter was a very nice and considerate. The paperwork shows an alignment was done following the recall part change although the numbers are still in the red zone with no explanation. It also says there was a 50 point inspection but no results were provided for that either. I am just confused and concerned. More
