My resent service visit was a good one; vehicle was repaired and returned in a timely manor. Hopefully, the fix will hold. I've owned 5 Explorers, currently a 2016 & 2020; this 2020 has more proble repaired and returned in a timely manor. Hopefully, the fix will hold. I've owned 5 Explorers, currently a 2016 & 2020; this 2020 has more problems than all my previous Explorers. Doesn't say much for Ford quality. I'll be in the market of a 2024 vehicle; not sure if a Ford Explorer will be in the running. More

My service there was great and they took care of the everything I needed done on my vehicle for my inspection, I just when I got into my car they didn’t reset my car.
