Dropped my car off Friday's night for Saturday morning appointment for oil change, tire rotation and recall fixes. Called Saturday afternoon for an ETA, they didn't have one and didn't want to bother the appointment for oil change, tire rotation and recall fixes. I got a missed call at 4:53pm without a message or text. showed up at the dealership at 5:40pm and of course, they're closed at 5pm on Saturday. Now I don't have my car rest of Saturday, Sunday and missed work on Monday's morning! I hate this place, Finance dept tricked me into buying the service contract, otherwise, I'd never be here. More
