Ashley was great to work with and helped us with the purchase of our new Expedition! Their customer service was amazing. Don't expect the service rep who is taking care of your repair to be the first one to greet you. Because of this, expectations were not conveyed to the people working the issues. The wrong size tires were put on the vehicle, I don't understand how an error like that occurred, there was not enough room to slide your hand in. I am still waiting on a phone call concerning the cost of the tires and the difference in price, the larger tires, I am sure cost more so, there should be some kind of a refund to the government.
