They did not do what they said they would. They said one thing and put something else in the paperwork and we missed it until we got a big bill from Ford Motor. We never assumed they would put something else in the paperwork so we sign the little illegible pad and now we have no idea who we the names we delt with there except Ashley and have not heard back from her. Repairs were done in a timely manner . .. communication was not so good ... I started off working with a service advisor ... then I started getting calls from another advisor with no explan .. communication was not so good ...
