He did not come across as a "newbie", and I would love to have him work with me on any future purchases. I do have to give BIG KUDOS to Faraz Amdani (Sales MGR), as he went above and beyond to get me the best deal on my trade and my purchase. When I am ready to buy my next vehicle, I will definitely be going back to this dealership as long as Faraz is still there. Took my car in for breaks and they said they turned the rotors but the car came back worse than when I took it in. They then told me it was the back when I had them done already.
