It has been almost a month and I still don’t have my car. Initial sales experience with Don Davis dealership was good. Fair pricing and negotiation and was stress free. After sale is horrible. I've always had good experiences in the past, but this last time was not the best experience. I asked if the courtesy car could drop me off as I had things I needed to do. I was told it would be maybe 30 last time was not the best experience. I asked if the courtesy car could drop me off as I had things I needed to do. I was told it would be maybe 30 minutes and to sit on the bench out front. After an hour and a half I asked another employee about the courtesy car and they got it immediately. Then when I go to pick up my truck. I pay, get my keys, but my truck is nowhere in sight. Had to be retrieved in the back. It seemed as if none of the service advisors care about doing their job. Gives me second thoughts on returning in the future. More
