I initially went to Don Davis Ford because of a referral. I was given Jason Kramer's name to speak with and initially, the search began for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport, over the phone. After about 2 weeks, I was given Jason Kramer's name to speak with and initially, the search began for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport, over the phone. After about 2 weeks, Jason called me back and we looked at what they had closest to what I was looking for. No luck. Then on that same day, we were made aware (even Jason was unaware initially) that another part of the Don Davis group had ordered what would eventually be my purchase for another customer. When the ordered Jeep came in, the customer didn't want it for some reason and it was for sale again. After speaking over the phone with Jason again, it sounded like this was the Jeep that I was looking for. We made an appointment for the following day (the dealership is over an hour's drive from my home) and my family and I drove to the dealership then to take a look. It should be noted that I am not into driving a great distance just to check out a vehicle that I haven't even seen pictures of, but this did sound like what I wanted and Jason, up to this point, had been very helpful over the phone. Prior to arriving at the dealership on the day of purchase, Jason called and stated that a guy named Corey Hall would be helping me upon my arrival. Once at the dealership, I was met by Corey in the parking lot and not long afterward, Jason came out. Immediately, my whole family felt like we were on a family visit....not buying a car. The test drive was completed by Corey and the decision was made. In short, my family and I walked out of that dealership with the Jeep I had wanted for the price range that I was comfortable with and a smile on our faces. These guys tag teamed the whole experience and not only satisfied me, but my family as well. Jason was the obviously the professor and Corey was the apprentice. They couldn't have made the experience any better. No high pressure, no car sales tactics. To sum it up, less than a week afterward, my family and I received a hand written, non-standardized, non-generic, thank you card from Corey. We have also received phone calls from the management and Corey making sure that everything was still satisfactory. In my 30 plus years of buying cars I've simply never had the buying experience that these guys have offered. I guarantee if and when I buy another vehicle, these guys will get my business. Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were able to buy the Edge that we wanted. We had already done the paperwork on one car and realized it was missing some options we really wanted. I was referred to the general manager directly. He arranged to have a salesman meet me to explain every feature of the new Explorer I was interested in. When I decided to buy it, both the general man arranged to have a salesman meet me to explain every feature of the new Explorer I was interested in. When I decided to buy it, both the general manager and salesman met with me and expedited the paperwork necessary to buy the car and do the financing. I do not have the name of the finance manager that I worked with, but he was very friendly and fast. The last time I bought an Explorer at a different Ford dealer, the entire process took several hours. At Don Davis, the emphasis was on making sure I knew all the features of the vehicle and had all my questions answered, but also on getting me in and out as quickly as they could. I was very impressed. More
