Don Davis was the fourth dealership we visited this week. My husband and I had barely walked on to the lot, when Carl came out to greet us and see how he could help us. At the second and third dealership, we walked around the lot for 10 minutes, then went in to the showroom to ask for help. At one of the dealerships, an employee hollered at us from two cubicles away and sent someone else to see what we wanted. Carl was knowledgeble, experienced, answered our questions, and when we asked a question Carl did not know, he found someone who knew the answer to our question. Carl was very calm and patient with us, and he didn't talk so fast and pushy that we had to concentrate on what he was saying, like at one dealership. We appreciated the price quote in a timely fashion, as well as staying beyond their closing hours to complete the sale. We offered to return on Monday, since it was getting late, but the staff choose to stay, so we could complete the sale that evening. When we had to examine the car for hail damage and discovered two dings, I was dejected about the dings, especially the one on the hood. For me, it was a deal breaker, but before I had the chance to say that I didn't want to buy a car that was already damaged, Carl said Don Davis would repair the hail damage. I liked Don Davis' offer of the three year/unlimited mileage Tire and Wheel protection. I appreciated the ability to buy an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty plan that fit my driving habits. Don Davis dealership, Carl, and the Finance Officer (football player from Monroe, LA--my apologies for not remembering your name) made buying this car easier than what we had anticipated. A week ago, we were not even thinking about buying a new car. Then, we learned that my current car's engine block had cracked. I really, really loved my car, but it was not worth the money to repair it. I received a fair offer on my car as a trade-in, even with the damaged block. I went into the Don Davis dealership with low to no expectations. I have two 2008 Lincolns,an MKX and an MKZ that I had leased from Platium Lincoln Mercry (that has since gone out of business) I want expectations. I have two 2008 Lincolns,an MKX and an MKZ that I had leased from Platium Lincoln Mercry (that has since gone out of business) I wanted to refinance and purchase. I also wanted to reduce my car payments as much as possible. I was told after my credit check that to refinance those two vehicles, I would have to go through an outside bank and the interest rate would be at double digits percentage rates. What came next absolutely blew us away. Larry Hinton presented a proposal to my wife and me about leasing two new vehicles instead of spending another five years paying on two cars that are already three years old and to refinance them would see us putting another (5) yrs into two used vehicles. What he said made sense, so the deal we struck for two new lease vehicles was one that my wife and I are very comfortable living with. So far the attention and the quality of the service we have received has been outstanding. We were totally satified with their concern for qood quality care for their customers. I will go as far to say that the Don Davis staff is to be commended for their overall excellent customer care. More

We had stopped at a car dealership we had used in the past, but the inventory did not carry what we needed. Thanks to technology, we found the car we had been looking for on the Don Davis website. From the time we stepped onto the lot until we drove off with our new car, the experience was nothing short of pleasant. The customer service we received from Irvin and Burl was impeccable. Before the purchase of our new car, I was not familiar with Don Davis, today I am writing a review and would highly recommend them to anyone reading this, as well as to my friends and family. The GM was so kind and when the car I wanted had hail damage, he gave me one to drive and let me drive it until the exact car I wanted came in from the factory. The dealership had employees that cared about the customer and trying to find the exact vehicle that I needed.
