This is the second vehicle I have purchased for myself at Don Davis Ford, and I came to trade in the Fusion I previously purchased, for a 2011 Ford Edge Limited. Jason Kramer was able to show me everything o Don Davis Ford, and I came to trade in the Fusion I previously purchased, for a 2011 Ford Edge Limited. Jason Kramer was able to show me everything on the vehicle, and more that I didn't know! My experience with the sales team was wonderful and everyone was nice. They showed me how to work everything on MyTouch and showed me where the service drive was and gave me information on that as well. I would highly recommend (and already have) friends and family to this dealership. I will continue to be a Don Davis customer because of Jason and my experience. More
I went to the Don Davis Ford, Lincoln, Mercury Dealership as they listed three 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrids and I wanted to see one. I did not think they would be able to sell me one as I was upside down on the as they listed three 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrids and I wanted to see one. I did not think they would be able to sell me one as I was upside down on the car I had. But, Irvin was very helpful and knowledgeable and by the time we finished a test drive I wanted to see how they would trade. They made me a very good deal and I left in a new Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my 60 years of buying and trading cars. More

Let me start out by saying that Terry was great to work with.. Unfortunately, the rest of the deal was not. Our vehicle was brought in there a week and half prior because it was overheating and running ho with.. Unfortunately, the rest of the deal was not. Our vehicle was brought in there a week and half prior because it was overheating and running hot. $1300 later we get the car back with all kinds of new parts for the cooling system. We bring the car home and now it is running horrible till finally it would no longer start up. We have it towed back to the dealership for yet another diagnostic check to see what the issue could be. We get a phone call saying it could be a cracked head, blown gasket or a fuel pump. Ok, well we just had all this work done to it could it not have been determined that is was the head or gasket at that time. We were told sometimes you don't see things till you fix other things. Well now I am quoted some rediculous prices for all three of these possibilities and told well maybe I can get you a break on a used car. Ok, we get that call back and gee $500 was the best they could do until a week later when they were going to offer us $1200 on a trade in. Well anyway we have the car towed back home and call in another mechanic, which was a great guy and for $65 we get to fix something that the dealership left undone when it was brought in the first time. Needless to say I went to the dealership figuring it would be the best service possible and the story tells the rest. More
The sales associate was extremely rude and insulted us upon walking in the showroom. We were planning to buy a brand new Ford SUV and when we walked in the sales associate looked at us and told us that upon walking in the showroom. We were planning to buy a brand new Ford SUV and when we walked in the sales associate looked at us and told us that we must be looking for the used cars and directed us to leave and go over to the used car lot. We were shocked since we are both young professionals with a child. We asked to speak to the Manager and he came over and rolled his eyes and apologized half heartedly and called another associate over to help us. He was just as unfriendly and acted like we were wasting his time even though there was not another person in sight there to buy a car. Everyone I know that has gone there has been treated just a badly. I am not sure what kind of sales tacticts those are. Anyway, we left after a few minutes and bought a brand new SUV at Isuzzu dealer the next day. I did send a letter to them and never got a response. More
My wife and I just bought (4/24/04) a 2004 Avaitor and this was one of the best buying experiences I have had when purchasing a vehicle. The staff was freindly and negotiated with us until we got the deal this was one of the best buying experiences I have had when purchasing a vehicle.
