I've purchased a vehicle in the past from Don Davis and was always treated fairly. We traded our truck in for a more gas efficient car and we got exactly what we wanted. They didn't have a lot of colors to choose from due to the popularity of the vehicle we wanted, which was the 2012 Focus, but we were satisfied with our purchase. I do have to give Carl R., our salesman, a lot of credit. I was very undecisive at first (due to the lack of colors) and spent 30 mins flipping between a Focus and a Fiesta. He retrieved every key and was very logical in his answers for me, which I appreciate! He explained the cars many details to me and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before we purchased. Michael in the financing department was also very helpful and also very friendly! He made us feel at ease and explained everything we asked about. Overall, I would definetly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy. Thank you Don Davis! I love my 5-door Ford Focus! More
This was my first new car ever. I am a loyal Ford customer. I had gone to two other car dealerships prior to my visit and either got a crappy salesman or an over acheiver who wanted me to sign the do customer. I had originally heard about this place from friends and was tired from car shopping all day but decided to give it a shot. I was extremely glad I did. When I drove up Will was waiting outside and my first that was 'get my guard up this guy is going to try to stiff me.' I got the total opposite. Will was informative, friendly, great customer service, and quick. He didn't take 30mins to go get a car. When you asked him something he had an answer. I had my heart set on a new 2012 Fusion and they even had the color I wanted. During our negotiation on price, he wouldn't hessitate to go and talk to the manager on the price presented. Will was excellent! In the end I didn't spend hours at the dealership, got the BEST deal (had 5 Star on the phone with the same car and they couldn't beat the deal Will gave me) and it was the smoothest process. Dealing with Michael in the finance dept was even better. He took the time to outline the contract, explain any quesions I had, and didn't make me feel pressured. He even beat the APR on my pre-approval letter. Once we took care of the financing I was congradulated by everyone at the dealership. Will even took a picture of me and my new car. This place really cares about its customers and will work with you. The best experience ever! More

I recommend purchasing from Don Davis Ford Mercury Lincoln in Arlington because of the professional staff we worked with to purchase a new Ford Edge. He took his time and showed us different vehicles, NEVER pressured us at any time, and was professional, friendly, and made that initial experience very pleasant. Secondly, I appreciate Michael honoring our wish to NOT call us repeatedly, as one associate from another dealership did, about purchasing a vehicle. When we were ready to purchase the vehicle, we chose this dealership because of sales rep, Michael Boodagh. He knows the products, is patient, friendly, and works hard to understand what the customer needs are, and meets that need. The Don Davis Ford Lincoln Mercury in Arlington was very professional during our purchase. We requested none of this going back and forth to see what they could do, make your best offer and we will accept or decline. This saved time for both parties involved. The finance department was equally as professional. Working with Luciano Gamillo was a pleasure. His experience in this area was evident and we appreciate this dealership for having knowledgeable staff. Don Davis was the fourth dealership we visited this week. My husband and I had barely walked on to the lot, when Carl came out to greet us and see how he could help us. At the second and third dealership, My husband and I had barely walked on to the lot, when Carl came out to greet us and see how he could help us. At the second and third dealership, we walked around the lot for 10 minutes, then went in to the showroom to ask for help. At one of the dealerships, an employee hollered at us from two cubicles away and sent someone else to see what we wanted. Carl was knowledgeble, experienced, answered our questions, and when we asked a question Carl did not know, he found someone who knew the answer to our question. Carl was very calm and patient with us, and he didn't talk so fast and pushy that we had to concentrate on what he was saying, like at one dealership. We appreciated the price quote in a timely fashion, as well as staying beyond their closing hours to complete the sale. We offered to return on Monday, since it was getting late, but the staff choose to stay, so we could complete the sale that evening. When we had to examine the car for hail damage and discovered two dings, I was dejected about the dings, especially the one on the hood. For me, it was a deal breaker, but before I had the chance to say that I didn't want to buy a car that was already damaged, Carl said Don Davis would repair the hail damage. I liked Don Davis' offer of the three year/unlimited mileage Tire and Wheel protection. I appreciated the ability to buy an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty plan that fit my driving habits. Don Davis dealership, Carl, and the Finance Officer (football player from Monroe, LA--my apologies for not remembering your name) made buying this car easier than what we had anticipated. A week ago, we were not even thinking about buying a new car. Then, we learned that my current car's engine block had cracked. I really, really loved my car, but it was not worth the money to repair it. I received a fair offer on my car as a trade-in, even with the damaged block.
