When it came time to deal with John in finance, the experience was a breeze. He offered me several different options and reviewed everything with me carefully. He was able to beat a quote I had received elsewhere. John showed me the options but did not put pressure on me to purchase additional warranties, etc. I have purchased a few cars before and always left feeling taken advantage of.
