I went into the dealership two days ago knowing that I was not an ideal customer (ie...bad credit, no down payment). Will Clark, my salesman, didn't hold that against me. I couldn't believe it-me in a brand new 2014 Ford Focus. It was more than I could've every hoped for. Everyone was friendly, the dealership was clean, and they did what they said they were going to do.
