Originally brought into Don Davis F-150/2010 to be serviced..but due to problems that were more extinsive than svc center could diagnois..We purchased a new F-150 FX/2013. We actually went to the dealership with several options in mind. Pat was extremely patient with us as we looked at multiple F150's, EDGE's, and Fusion's. This is our THIRD car that we have bought from Don Davis Ford. We keeping going back to this dealership because of the customer service my husband and I receive especially from Michael Boodagh. He is our sales representative and we wouldn't have it any other way! He is a tremendous help, very knowledgeable and caring. He has always made sure we got the best deal possible! I called him on Thursday 10/31/2013 to have him look for a SUV for me, he had been home very sick and still answered his phone. He found a deal for us, but was not able to be at the dealership (because of being sick) so he set everything up, called his manager and had a sales associate (Will Clark) available to help us. Within an hour we were at the dealership test driving an Explorer. Michael checked in with me several times to ensure everything was going smoothly. Will was also very helpful in showing us the car and getting it ready to purchase, even after we bought the Explorer he helped set up my SYNC (which is amazing!) and walked me through all the details of the car. Having bought a car from another dealership before, I can tell you Don Davis is the best in the business when it comes to customer service. I also want to mention the Finance Department, they were very helpful, my husband and I had a great time talking and joking with them! More
