The past reputation of Don Davis dealerships in Arlington was not necessarily one to be proud of. However at the recommendation of my golf partner my wife and I went to Don Davis because we were interested i was not necessarily one to be proud of. However at the recommendation of my golf partner my wife and I went to Don Davis because we were interested in a Lincoln. What found to my amazement was a friendly dealership that did what they said they would do. The sales staff respected each other as well as me and I did not feel pressured to buy. Garland and Andrew went above and beyond to make sure my experience at Don Davis was the best. I was in the market for the 2014 Fusion Energi and found Andrew had a great deal of knowledge about the vehicl experience at Don Davis was the best. I was in the market for the 2014 Fusion Energi and found Andrew had a great deal of knowledge about the vehicle and was fantastic at explaining and demonstrating all aspects of the vehicle. During the price negotiation I never felt under pressure and was quickly presented with numbers for the trade that were very close to what I expected for my truck and the new vehicle. My financing was already pre-approved through my company credit union but Danny Grady, in their Finance dept., beat the rate by .69% and lowered my payments. Once the sale was complete the help did not stop. . Once the sale was complete the help did not stop. I was reminded by Andrew to remove my forgotten items (CD's) and helped delete my garage opener code, and still left a water bottle which Garland recovered for me the next day. My wife and I had a chance to purchase a new vehicle and we shopped around to find the best vehicle at the best price. I received a phone call and an e-mail from Lindsey Boettger about a Ford Focus that ma we shopped around to find the best vehicle at the best price. I received a phone call and an e-mail from Lindsey Boettger about a Ford Focus that matched what we were looking for. I called Lindsey and we talked for several minutes, both of us asking each other questions about the vehicle we wanted. Lindsey told me about the Focus and I said that my wife and I would come to Don Davis in Arlington to look at the car. Lindsey then said that she would have the information sent to her manager to help us with the decision we had to make. We showed up the following day and I told one of the staff in the showroom that I had spoken to Lindsey Boettger about purchasing a new car. I was then introduced to Steven Hawkins. Steven said he would help me at that time. Due to an unfortunate misunderstanding, my wife and I did not get to see the vehicle we had wanted to or get the price down to what we could afford, so we left the dealership. The following day I called Lindsey and explained what had happened and she said that she would call the sales staff and she what could be done to rectify the situation. Later that day I received a call from Andrew Rutherford and he said that he would help us get the type of deal we were looking for, so my wife and I said we would go back and look at the Focus we had wanted to see the previous day. Andrew, along with Steven Hawkins, met my wife and I that evening, took us for a test drive, explained the features, gave us a complete rundown of costs, rebates and the trade in value for the car we had. We were very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, friendliness and willingness to go that extra mile to help a customer get what they were looking for. Andrew took us over to the finance office and introduced us to David Barragan so that we could purchase the Focus. David displayed the same qualities that Lindsey, Andrew and Steven have and that made this purchase one of the easiest I have ever made.
