My experience at Don Davis Ford was definately better and more than I expected. Being employed in the Auto Industry for over 11 years, I'll admit I expected the same 'you're just my commission check' attitu more than I expected. So NOT TRUE of Don Davis Ford!!! Mark Plummer is running a TOP NOTCH dealership!! Michael (Boodagh) made my car buying experience extremely easy and fun!! He is beyond attentive to his clients! It was so nice to laugh, (great sense of humor!), and have fun while purchasing a vehicle. While taking my needs and wants very seriously, (and I'm picky), he always kept things light, but extremely professional on any questions or concerns I had. His attention to my satisfaction has continued after the sale - never pushy just friendly and ready to assist! I see him DEFINATELY rising into Management within his industry!! Thank You, Michael!! He showed a positive attitude thru-out.The knowledge of my trucks newest improvments in Ford Trucks was very helpful.In fact not only did he walk me thru the options in detail he took the time to address some of them himself allowing me to enjoy some of them immediatly while I learn the rest at my own pace. The delivery of my truck was concluded by providing a touch up cleaning and a full tank of gas. Since then he has given me a follow up phone call just to assure me if I have any questions or need help not to hesitate to stop by or call.Thanks Eric for your service. My husband and I were treated as VIPs. We were welcomed in immediately when we arrived at the dealership. We called ahead with the description of the car we wanted, and they had the car under a shade alrea in immediately when we arrived at the dealership. Both Eric and Burl were extremely polite, and so respectful. We were informed of all of the car details including meeting the staff who would be changing the oil and upkeep of the car. I could not have been more impressed. When Eric and Burl were doing their work to get us the car, the rest of the dealers kept us company and talked with us. The General Manager kept checking in on us to make sure everything was going well. I can't imagine ever looking for a vehicle anywhere else. More

I bought a beautiful brand new Gotta Have It Green Boss 302 working with Mark Plumber on the phone and Andrew Rutherford at the Dealership. Car purchases can take awhile, especially with a car like this, though Andrew was in no hurry, and made me feel comfortable during the purchasing process. He stayed half an hour after the dealership closed to show me everything the car had to offer. This is my first ever Ford purchase, and I'm VERY glad he gave me a demo on how to use the Microsoft Synch technology that came with the car. I could spend days learning how to use everything, though the 15-20 minute car demo was a good jump start. There was 1 little snag in financing that I had to follow up on, though all in all it was a great experience with a great deal and I'm thoroughly enjoying my new Boss 302 with no regrets! More

Tyrone was honest and helpful. He cut right to the point and told us the price of the cars in terms I could understand and that helped me get a good deal. This is my second car to buy from Don Davis. The last time I went to other dealers first and remarked that Don Davis was way better in service. After the sale, they took care of my car well too. I swore I would start with them the next time I buy a car. I didn't start with them this time either, but I wish I had. Maybe next time I will learn my lesson and shop for cars at Don Davis first. At first I dreaded the thought of buying a new car, but I went online, found what I wanted, was contacted by Andrew Rutherford at Don I've ever had. I thought, as in my past dealings with car salesmen, he would try to talk me into buying a car that was on the lot, but to my surprise he immediately started looking for the car I wanted, found it and I took possession in about a week. Unbelievable! I highly recommend Don Davis Lincoln in Arlington, and Andrew Rutherford! Thanks again Andrew!! My thanks to Mark Plummer. The wheels on the car I purchased had cosmetic defects and he said they would be replaced. A stress free car buying experience indeed! More
