We initiated our purchase over the Internet through Ford.com and received a phone call from their Internet department within 30 minutes. The Internet sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about product they had available. We were given a manager's name for when we were ready to do a test drive and they offered to prearrange an appointment at our convenience. Even, after agreeing on the price, we told them we wanted to sleep on it and would call the next morning to finalize or walk away. They were most courteous and understanding and when we called the next day, they had the car ready for our arrival. The finance office staff was equally as pleasant to work with, even finding us a better interest rate than the company we initially wanted to use. This car has the MyFord Touch and the salesman spent as much time with us as we needed showing everything the system does. He helped with initial programming and even invited us to come back anytime if we needed more assistance. More

We got to the dealer and Audrey took us under her wings so to speak and explained features about the MKX that we were interested in. While she was explaining the MKX to us, Mark Plummer popped in to say Hi and told us that our experience would be a pleasant one. We then went to drive the car and Audrey took a great deal of time to explain and show us all of the bells and whistles. She is very knowledgeable. Mark was right, it was a pleasant experience. No hassle. Audrey called the next day to see if we had any concerns or questions. More
