I shared the printed offer which was 17.9% below the MSRP. The sales manager informed me the offer was a mistake and said he would work with me to make a competitive offer. From a customer's point of view, the offer should have been honored. As a result of this experience, I would not recommend Don Davis Ford as a dealership to conduct business. More

Daniel Moore did a Great job in trying make sure all of my concerns wer addressed. He was personable and professional, I would absolutely recommend him to others. This was not a planned purchase, but because the other truck got wrecked, I needed a replacement. Don Davis body shop was fantastic to work with and I am so appreciative of how Steve Sanders and the team there facilitated the whole process. We will be looking to purchase a new vehicle in about 2 years to replace an older one, and I will be looking to Don Davis first! More
Very UN-Don Davis experience I have looked at two vehicles at this dealership, and they really had an opportunity to sell to me twice. I chose to go to Don Davis Ford because my I have looked at two vehicles at this dealership, and they really had an opportunity to sell to me twice. I chose to go to Don Davis Ford because my wife and I have purchased three vehicles from other Don Davis dealerships, and we love Don Davis. The Ford dealership is an absolute exception. The relationship between customers and salesmen is very adversarial. I understand that the dealership has to make their money, but it feels like they will take you for every single dime they possibly can. The vehicles are VERY overpriced compared to other Ford dealers- the same day I left Don Davis Ford I bought another F-150 from another local dealer for $8,000 less than at Don Davis. I love Don Davis, but unfortunately I will never even walk into Don Davis Ford. More

As always, the Truck Service Dept. treated me with respect, showed concern for my problem, and did everything they could to lessen my apprehension regarding the seriousness of the problem. Truck Service individuals Bobby and Chris showed true concern for my problem as did two of the truck technicians I interacted with. Don Davis Ford, once again, exceeded my expectations regarding the purchase experience. This is my second purchase from Don Davis Ford/Lincoln and it will not be my last. From the beginning to the end of the process, each individual I had occasion to interact with treated me with respect and showed patience regarding my indecision as to the pending purchase. I specifically want to mention the following individuals: Sales Person: Mark Catherman - Mark is a very young individual and new to the business of selling cars, but showed great professionalism and dedication to making me feel important. As he is new to the business, he always check to make sure what he told me was indeed correct. Jason Kramer: Sales Manager - Jason, and his co-worker, treated me with great respect and did everything they possibly could to ensure I felt I was receiving the best possible deal on the purchase. Dustin Hambrick and David Yeager: Finance - These two individuals were very pleasant to deal with and made the finance/terms part of the process as stress-free as possible. A final comment regarding Mr. Mark Plummer, the General Manager. Since I was a repeat customer, Mr. Plummer recognized me from my prior purchase and went out of his way several times to say hello to me over my two day buying process.
