I had a conversation with Bo about three weeks prior telling him that I was looking to downsize things overall. Two days before the sale was to end, Bo gave me a call and advised me of the zero percent financing and Labor Day was the last day. I went in, really not expecting much, but working with Bo and Tim (and I gave Tim a hard time) I got a new car (2016) and I couldn't be happier. I have worked with Bo on all three car purchases from Don Davis. What I love about Bo is that he is not pushy and always makes sure I am comfortable with my decision because, after all, I am the one who has to pay the note :). He helps me to think through things thoroughly knowing that I trust his input and he respects my decision no matter what. He hasn't steered me wrong yet....Bottom line is...BO IS MY DUDE!! More

I got my 2015 fusion in July after a horrific accident that totaled my car. The sincere and compassion and genuine concern got me my new Fusion. This car is so well made I had to have another. The finance department and managers have been amazing. The service department also has such great customer service. Thank you Danny Reyes for always taking care of my cars. Irvin Bunton said he would be there whenever was convenient for me. Thank you Don Davis Ford!!!!!! More

They were friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Xavier my salesman was attentive and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. I have purchased vehicles in the past and always felt like I needed to prove myself, as if they were doing me a favor. I got a good deal and drove off with my new car. Horrible Car Buying Experience Worst car buying experience ever. Poor customer service, zero communication/follow up skills- as far as the financing department is concerned. Tyrone and the manager Tim (from Sales) were great, this review does not pertain to them. The finance representative (Josh) failed to explain options/go over the process with me, tried to lock me into a much higher interest rate than Lincoln's current promotion and failed to have me sign all the required documents. Luckily, the finance director (Dustin) drove out to my place of employment to have all the appropriate paperwork signed (appreciated that). However, to get a copy of everything I signed was like pulling teeth! Also waited a month and a half for my licenses plates, was never notified that they came in to the dealership. Everything has been a hassle with Don Davis. Think twice before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership! I definitely will not be buying from them in the future and I will be informing everyone else to do as such! More
