Last week, I was shopping for a used truck. I stopped in the new car building just to look. The salesman and manager offered me such a good deal I could not pass it up. They gave me a great price the first time without all the hassles. When I went to the finance department they beat the percentage that my credit union was offering by over ½ percent. I did compare their price (apples to apples) with other Ford dealers and it was the best. More

He found out what was important to me early, and found a vehicle that met my needs. My only complaint is after we agreed upon a deal, the paperwork process in the finance department took quite a long time (roughly 2 hours). Other than that, every thing was above satisfactory. More

And when we were trying to leave one dealership, they pretended they didn't know(age old trick folks) that they didn't know where our KEYS WERE ! :-( Unbelievable. Once it sunk in we weren't buying a car at their dealership, they were some of the richest people you ever met. Everything was TOTALLY different at Don Davis Ford in Arlington, Tx. Our wonderful salespeople Melissa and Tony were great ! Not once did we feel pressured, and Robert in finance was great also,no games and knew where we needed to be with our budget.
