Poor customer service I waited for an hour for a "fast lane" oil change. I went outside and found my truck parked in back. They had not even started on it yet. When I complained about the time it was taking they checked and said it would be another 45 minutes. I requested that they return my truck so that I could take it elsewhere and had to deal with repeated attempts to change my mind from the service adviser and the service manager. If they knew how long it would take they should have told me that at the beginning. I do not intend to purchase another vehicle there or to have either of my Ford products serviced there. More

I opened up my email this morning and I had received a email from Don Davis Ford inviting me to stop in and do a trade in or an upgrade . Well this was the last thing on my mind to do today but I called and talked to Mr. Rod Ayers and we did most of the information he needed over the phone to get me started. Well I also told him I really did not want to or have time to be there for hours. He assured me that would not happen. So, I said ok and drove there and I was greeted by the Mr . Nino Castillo who was such a great guy and was all smiles and that made me feel at ease and took total control of the meeting. What a breath of fresh air. Mr Castillo also had a beautiful car waiting for me up front. I was then introduced to Mr.Rod Ayers and he too was wonderful. He was so right that it only took maybe 30 to 45 minutes to complete the transaction. I am so HAPPY WITH MY NEW CAR.
