Edward Freeman is a true luxury Sales Consultant. He rolled out the red carpet for my wife and I. We learned more from him concerning those 2 vehicles. I felt as if I was armed and ready to negotiate. I was a keyboard ninja and I knew it all. He put us to rest with a non confrontational style. The manager Jeff Warfield presented our financing options in a professional non-threatening manner. He showed me what I was emphatic and THOUGHT that I want to do, as well as some additional options. All my choice, and we actually settled on one of their available options. Car buying is different then when we last purchased. We've had some poor experiences and some that were good in the past. This however was probably one of the best ever. It went so well, we turned around and purchased a new F-150 from the same Lincoln sales professional the next day. More

Excellent Professional Sales This is the fourth new car I have purchased from Don Davis Ford and each time Irvin Bunton has been the salesperson. After buying a 2010 Mercury Mila This is the fourth new car I have purchased from Don Davis Ford and each time Irvin Bunton has been the salesperson. After buying a 2010 Mercury Milan from Irvin , I returned in 2013 & traded in for a 2013 Ford Escape. Irvin made the process simple we got the car we wanted. In 2016 I returned and traded the 2013 Ford Escape for a 2016 Ford Escape and worked with Irvin again. Only one year later my wife was hit by a drunk driver that ran a red light and totaled the 2016 Ford Escape. Before I knew the car was totaled, I stopped by to visit with Irvin and let him know that we were most likely going to be purchasing a new car. I also shared pictures of the accident showing Irvin how well the side air bags and vehicle protected my wife in the accident. Irvin first asked how my wife was and when I showed him the pictures he wanted a copy as he said he had been telling his buyers how safe the Ford Escape was and now he had proof. I called Irvin later that week and let him know our car was totaled and that we were looking for a Blue 2017 Ford Escort. Irvin was at home on his day off and yet he came in that evening when I got off work and had the car we wanted. Both my wife and I will continue to return to Don Davis to have Irvin assist us with our car purchases. More

Prior to this, I went to the dealership in Lewisville, Texas (Sam's Five Star Ford) and they wouldn't let me test drive the vehicle. I was very disappointed and unpleased on how I was treated. I came to Don Davis Ford Lincoln this weekend, and Quincey Martin right away gets the car ready for me to test drive the Ford Focus RS! I was in love with the vehicle instantly! As soon as the test drive was over, Quincey Martin and Jeff Warfield worked a deal of a lifetime to be able to purchase the Ford Focus RS! Excellent service by Quincy Martin and Jeff Warfield I accompanied my son to test drive a 2016 Ford Focus RS....as the dealership in Lewisville would not allow us to test drive their car...There are only I accompanied my son to test drive a 2016 Ford Focus RS....as the dealership in Lewisville would not allow us to test drive their car...There are only 7 Nitrous Blue RS in the DFW area. Mr. Martin was extremely cordial and agreed that as we were not buying blue jeans would want to test drive a car listed over $40,000 before purchase. Within 3 hours my son was driving his dream car home. Mr. Warfiled and Mr. Martin were wonderful to work with and although the rebates did not apply to this car, seems to be our luck since we want the unique cars, they were still able to make the deal work. Additionally, their sales manager, Dustin Hambrick was able to save us approximately 1 more per cent on our loan. They go the extra mile with style..Great team! More

I took the 2012 Ford Focus on two test drives with no problems. I was excited about the car and so I made the purchase. I usually don't spend a lot of money on cars but I wanted to find a reliable car that would avoid mechanical problems. As irony would have it, the NEXT day I experienced problems with the transmission. I called my salesman and he informed me this was par for the course for the 2012 transmission. Unfortunately this is now my problem. I liked all the people at Don Davis, I just wish i wouldn't have found this car! More
