Untrustworthy I went to look at a car 2016 and it had alot of damages on it. When i told the salesman about the damages on all 4 rims and cracked tail light he sai I went to look at a car 2016 and it had alot of damages on it. When i told the salesman about the damages on all 4 rims and cracked tail light he said he can fix it but i would have to pay $2000 more for the car.... so basically i would not only pay for the repair but i would have to pay interest on it....smh. horrible customer service More

Here's my story bought my As is 2012 Ford Focus for 6700 usd Feb 2017 salesman (Garfield) had me under the impression I was purchasing a great reliable vehicle. Well that went out the window because 3 months later im stuck with a undrivable vehicle because it has numerals of problems. I returned this car back a couple of days after purchasing because I was having issues mind u I had to wait 2 days after signing to drive it off the lot not even sure why. Im a Single mother of three and this is my means of transportation to get back and forward to work and provide for them. And their final answer to me was you bought it AS IS sorry nothing we can do for you . This breaks my heart. Management didn't even have the common courtesy to call me with any updates or decisions, just held my car for almost a week with no answers 💔 More

I'm trying to repair my credit after some major life setbacks, and went in originally to look at a Ford Edge. Tony was very patient with me, found me a 2011 Equinox that met my needs. Edward Vallejo gave me a very fair deal, and Quincey in financing tried to get me a lower interest rate than what my preapproval offer was. Kudos to the staff.
