My regular advisor Mark Prestwood wasn't in on my last visit and Shannon Burris stepped in and took time to ride with me to discuss my issue. She stayed on top of it all the way through. I keep trying Don Davis, but they just aren't up to par. I brought my truck in for a routine oil change. When they pulled my truck around, the skid plate was dragging on the ground...very obvious! They had some excuse about a plastic bolt, but bottom line is it should never have made it off the rack, much less driven around, in that shape. Marcie helped me fix it quickly, but this will be my last trip to Don Davis. More
