Her and Yasseen were very patient with us from start to finish and ensured that all our questions were answered. I've always had good experiences in the past, but this last time was not the best experience. I asked if the courtesy car could drop me off as I had things I needed to do. I was told it would be maybe 30 last time was not the best experience. I asked if the courtesy car could drop me off as I had things I needed to do. I was told it would be maybe 30 minutes and to sit on the bench out front. After an hour and a half I asked another employee about the courtesy car and they got it immediately. Then when I go to pick up my truck. I pay, get my keys, but my truck is nowhere in sight. Had to be retrieved in the back. It seemed as if none of the service advisors care about doing their job. Gives me second thoughts on returning in the future. More
Drove almost 10 hours to buy a vehicle and unfortunately ended up purchasing one that had already had some body damage. Car fax means absolutely nothing. Very misleading to say a car has a clean car fax, since an unsuspecting customer buys vehicle thinking it has never had body work. Not happy with my purchase. Will not consider purchasing another vehicle from Don Davis. More
