I went for an oil change. The lady who helped get me checked in was nice. I asked them to air up my tires. After about 10 minutes, I looked on my Ford app to see that the The lady who helped get me checked in was nice. I asked them to air up my tires. After about 10 minutes, I looked on my Ford app to see that the tire pressures were the exact same as when I took my car in. This isn’t the first time this has happened. A time before at this location, my cars fluids needed to be filled. I was told they had been, even I got home, I looked under the hood myself and multiple fluids had not been filled. Maybe it’s my fault for continuing to go here but I’d hope for other customers sake, the individuals responsible get it together. More

Took an ENTIRE MONTH, dropped off 8/08/2024 and was not finished until 9/03/2024, to do recall that was stated to take 3 hours to do. 3 hour job took almost 4 weeks to do…. This was a Fleet Vehicle that finished until 9/03/2024, to do recall that was stated to take 3 hours to do. 3 hour job took almost 4 weeks to do….
