I didn't know the dealership switched to Clay Cooley. However,I was assigned a new service advisor when I called. He impressed me by honoring the price for my two new tires that another company offered. However,I was assigned a new service advisor when I called. He did all of this the day before Thanksgiving. It was going to be a challenge for me to leave because we were short staffed for the holidays.
