Walter was amazing but that’s where the fun ended! The financing portion of this deal was sadly pathetic and continues to be pathetic! Twenty days out and they still do not have my trade in loan paid off! Funny how when ya’ll wanted paid, the loan for the new vehicle pops right up but paying my trade off is a problem! This has been a nightmare from day one, when I simply could have cut a check for the entire Bronco and been done with it! I couldn’t recommend anyone buying a vehicle here unless it’s a cash and carry! More

She finally called me 10 minutes before closing Saturday my car was ready but you wer 6pm. Called service advisor at 11:59 am next day for an update. Don Davis customer for nearly 25 years and was not aware this was now a Clay Cooley dealership. Prices are now 60% higher and service was extremely slow.
