I began my vehicle search on Cars. com and submitted a request to Clay Cooley Ford. Rachel Downing responded promptly to my initial inquiry and arranged an appointment with Theresa Lovo com and submitted a request to Clay Cooley Ford. Rachel Downing responded promptly to my initial inquiry and arranged an appointment with Theresa Lovo. Theresa met me on time showed me the vehicle and gave me a test drive. Theresa was very pleasant and personable. I did not finance, and I had no trade in so I assumed the transaction would be pretty quick once I decided on a Ford. But I was disillusioned with the first price that was presented. The Clay Cooley Website says, "The price that you see online is the price you pay for your new or used vehicle." The price at which we started negotiating was about $3K over the internet price advertised. I still think I got a good price. But Theresa, Rachel and I had to do some negotiating that would have not been necessary if the advertised price had been honored. More
