My truck was on the dealer for more than 10 days for a TPMS light, Also when I purchase the truck I bought the service plan but what for my surprise I check the in cabin filter and the air filter and they TPMS light, Also when I purchase the truck I bought the service plan but what for my surprise I check the in cabin filter and the air filter and they were not replaced, my truck have 20.000 miles. I spoke with Jonathan and request it to be done but after 11 day when I picked the truck it was not done. Also communication is very poor. Kevin Pryor was great! The finance guy was trying to scam me and gave me fake rates, but thankfully I got my bank on the phone and made him honor their rates instead of try The finance guy was trying to scam me and gave me fake rates, but thankfully I got my bank on the phone and made him honor their rates instead of trying to force me into another lender. The car was delayed by a day to take care of the scratches, but unfortunately was not fully fixed, although they will fix it for free later. 6 days later and they still haven't picked up my trade-in.
