I took my my truck to Don Davis Ford service department with a safety concern. Marc Prestwood schedule the service for approximately one month later. After reading the service receipt I find out that they could not duplicate the problem I am having. I called to talk with Marc Prestwood and left him a voicemail and I’m still awaiting a response.
