I had a coupon to get the Works for a good price. In the future the price goes up. The oil change was a quart low.. This dealer recently changed names and hopefully will improve service for Fords and Lincolns. I was a customer of the nearby Don Davis Chrysler dealership now owned by Clay Cooley too, and that dealers improve service for Fords and Lincolns. I was a customer of the nearby Don Davis Chrysler dealership now owned by Clay Cooley too, and that dealership had a much better service department. On this visit for our 2011 Expedition, it spent over a week in the shop, and I had to return 2 more times to wait for the repair to be completed. More
