Our salesperson did a fine job. She helped us find the right truck and made the sale happen. The person who handled the finance is a misogynistic jerk. When we came back to resign the paperwork that had been done incorrectly, he refused to shake my hand (a female) despite being the primary buyer. He rolled his eyes and tried to dismiss my concerns again. It wasn’t until my husband and I threatened to walk away from the deal that he begrudgingly fixed his mistakes. After the paperwork was complete, he refused to come back to collect the title from my trade in and check for our deposit from me. Again, the sales woman did her job. But because of this man, I will never return to this dealership (nor any clay cooley dealership) nor will I ever recommend the store. More
