Very slow, do not get car back by promised, time or date. Service advisors are very nice and apologetic, however. Their service schedule does not match up with the Ford scheduled maintenance, which is more that just a little disturbing. The manufacturer has a 10k, 20k, and 30k maintenance schedule, but they have a 15k and 30k, so when getting my 20k, since it had already had the 10k one, got a 15k maintenance. This makes no sense at a Ford dealership. More
