Poor dealership, communication at such a low level and just don’t take accountability. So no issues with mechanical or body work etc they sold me a vehicle with no title and 3 months on still not resolved just don’t take accountability. Avoid at all costs, once they sell you a vehicle all you get then is put through to voice mails and no one calls you back not to mention the pressure from their finance team trying to upsell you after you have already agreed the sales price… More

I experienced a significant lack of communication throughout the entire process. It took five days just to diagnose the issue with my car, and once the diagnostics were completed, no one contacted me throughout the entire process. It took five days just to diagnose the issue with my car, and once the diagnostics were completed, no one contacted me to explain the problem. I was left to interpret a brief note written by the mechanic. I also wasn’t informed when my car was ready for pickup, I only found out because I called to follow up myself. When I arrived, no one reviewed the diagnosed issues or discussed any recommended solutions with me. The vehicle was simply brought around, and payment was taken without any further explanation. More
