This dealership is the worst they will mess up the parts and lie so you will have to pay. I got a brand new radiator and and a month after my car ran hot again and they damage the radiator and said they did and lie so you will have to pay. Bait and switch or just poor business practice. This was very rude, we talked to sales man the night before telling him we would be there and set up an appointment for Friday at 2pm, Friday morning Joe texted the wife twice and she told him we were coming. Then at 1 o'clock salesman texted and I let him know I would be there on time. We actually arrive 10 minutes till 2 and they were in the process of selling it to someone else. Between me and the wife we lost 2 days of work, and the cost if driving 200 miles 400 round trip. They offered to fill my tank up, but was already full and a an insult. I bought a new car 2. 5 months ago and the car started having issues (gas leaking from the exhaust - exhaust smoke smelling inside the car) and now it’s been 3 days and the 5 months ago and the car started having issues (gas leaking from the exhaust - exhaust smoke smelling inside the car) and now it’s been 3 days and the service department don’t know what it is and they aren’t providing me a rental. TLDR: They lie, they deny lying even when confronted with proof, they don't fully complete paperwork, and they can't even complete the most basic of services.. 0/10 stars I came here 2 months ago and boug proof, they don't fully complete paperwork, and they can't even complete the most basic of services.. 0/10 stars I came here 2 months ago and bought a Used 2019 Chevy Equinox. Here is my experience. They lied to me about my credit being good, but since I haven't bought a car before that they could only get me a 9% rate. Which is INSANE, since I have a score over 700. They told me they could "buy down" the rate if I bought services off their menu. So every penny I would save would be thrown into one of their overpriced services. They supposedly bought it down to a 3.25%. Which means they really started with something less than that and just flat lied to me about the 9%. Unfortunately for me, I didn't get a pre-approved quote before going in. And since this is my first car purchase, I let them take advantage and I ended up getting ~$3,400 worth of services I didn't want cuz every time I refused a service they increased the rate back up to account for it. I was at their mercy. I bought the car and couldn't sleep for 2 days for how bad I knew I was screwed over. So I used their 3 day "Family" return policy to threaten returning the car. They refused to admit they lied to me, but told me they could cancel the services and keep the 3.25% rate. ONLY after I got a quote of my own for 3.87% from the SAME PLACE they got a quote to PROVE they were lying to me about the 9%. I accepted their cancellation and kept the car. It's been 2 months since then and I had to call the cancellation people myself and ask why the $3400 hadn't fallen off my loan yet. They said the paperwork the dealer sent them was incomplete. And turns out, they were right. It didn't have any of the crucial information in it. So I had to use my copy and fill it all out myself with the original information they claimed they would fill out later. On top of that, I still haven't heard from them about my license plates / registration for the car. Which they are supposed to receive and either have me pick up or have mailed to me. That was supposed to be done in the first 2-3 weeks from purchase. I repeat. It's been 2 months. I called today to inquire about my plates and they not only don't have them, but they don't even have my NAME in the SYSTEM! Like WHAT!?!? I have no idea how such an incompetent company full of nothing but liars can possibly still be in business. I wish I had never stepped through their doors. This was my first and probably worst car buying experience I'll ever have. More
it was the last of the month I guess they needed their numbers I called them on the phone multiple pictures of my vehicle and give me a price Agreed I told him to send me a buyers order they said sorry I numbers I called them on the phone multiple pictures of my vehicle and give me a price Agreed I told him to send me a buyers order they said sorry I was busy I'll send it to you right now it was a Saturday I called him multiple times text him multiple times still didn't send the buyers order Monday morning I called them back they answered said I am sorry we were busy I asked to speak to the GM he said he will call me back I tried to call him back multiple times he never picked up his phone left multiple messages The salesman said general manager gave you too much for your truck we made our numbers major trade and of discussion I guess I am not the only person I've been through this with the dealership they are a joke and a waste of time More
I inquired about a used vehicle. I was very up front about it being a little over my max budget. But, went it to look any way. I was told to ask for one guy and he was not even there. I decided test drive it anyway. When we came back, I was expected to buy it right then and there. When I politely reminded them it was over my budget and still not wanting to go over it. The Sales Manager, very snarky said “ oh you don’t intend to buy and then got up and rudely walked away”. He made it very clear he was done with me. I was basically shown the door and dismissed as a customer. I have left a few messages with absolutely no response back from anyone. I actually went back up to see the truck one more time and John was busy and no one else even spoke to me. Do yourself a favor, find a place that doesn’t act like they are doing you a favor selling you a car! I don’t want my rear kissed but I want to be treated with respect. I did not get that here. More
