CAR TRADE IN MY OVERALL REVIEW IS THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GOOD, I FEEL THAT THE TIME IT TAKE'S TO ACTUALLY PURCHASE A CAR NEED'S TO BE ALITTLE SHORTER. IS TO LET THE PERSON KNOW UP FRONT HOW MUCH THE TRADE IN IS GOING TO BE., AND THE COST OF THE NEW CAR. I WAS'NT GIVEN THE INFORMATION UNTIL I WAS SENT TO THE FINANCE PERSON.
