So the wait was horrible and I had the car 2 days when I had bad news. The family guarantee was not upheld.. Waiting for a call??? I went into the Chrysler location on 8/8, I told them UPFRONT I had only my trade no cash.. Credit not great but I was told on the phone prior to making the hour drive it would all be great. I went in.. was told well we can't get you what you want but here is what we CAN do... SO I test drove a Dodge Journey Crossroad i liked it and would have been satisfied with it until i can improve my credit situation. HOWEVER, they asked for not 1 but 2 co-signers... then 1500 cash... I said no it's is fine I am not in a HAVE to situation at all just a want to. SO they said let us "talk to the bank" on Monday and see what we can do... Proceeded to run my credit 26 more times... through the same companies over and over... The "manager" calls me on Tuesday to tell me he is walking the lot and will call me back in 30 minutes to tell me what they have that they can get me into... Today is Thursday... no call still. Then the salesman that was "working" with me calls me on Wednesday and says we got you in a car how soon can you be here. I asked what car and he said an SUV how soon can you be here, I said what kind, he said I don't know come on up... NO I am not going to drive and hour not knowing what for... He said let me find out, all I know is its is on the Kia lot. Well here it is Thursday afternoon and still no call back from the manager or the Salesman... Pretty disappointed would have been so much easier to say I am sorry, we can't help you out right now.. Because if they called me right now that is what i will say! For someone who was trying to be a repeat buyer they have made it hard to still want to be. More
Satified! I went in to see if they would lol! And they did, I traded in my 2009 Pontiac G6. My sales man Mr. Fernando was awesome! He first offered me the 2018 I went in to see if they would lol! And they did, I traded in my 2009 Pontiac G6. My sales man Mr. Fernando was awesome! He first offered me the 2018 Nissan Rouge and i liked it so I took it home but than realized it wasn't me so I took it back to get my car back and Mr. Fernando said wait let me find another car for you and he did, so I got the 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross and I love it. I stopped by after work to look at the new Chevy Blazer and met L.A. Warren, Jr. who showed me around. After some thoughtful conversation he showed me a higher trim level Equinox which I was able to get i and met L.A. Warren, Jr. who showed me around. After some thoughtful conversation he showed me a higher trim level Equinox which I was able to get into for a lower payment and more features and options. I really appreciated his no nonsense approach, candid conversations when it came to financing and I ended purchasing what I found to be a better value. False Advertising at its best. I spoke to David in the internet sales department. I inquired about a car they had that I found on Car Gurus. I emailed them and then called them. Everything seemed to be going well in our conversation until we came to dealer fees. They charge $2,495 as a mandatory add on for a GPS tracker. Yes, that is two thousand, four hundred,and ninety five dollars. I told David I had no interest in that package and he said it is mandatory and if I didn't want the GPS tracker installed that they would just raise the sale price of the car by that amount. Keep in mind this has nothing to do with the bank wanting a tracking device as I was planning to pay cash. It is sad that the dealership feels the need to false advertise the price to get customer interest. If you want a certain price for the vehicle then ask for it. Don't mislead people with the hope that you can convince someone that adding $2,495 for fluff is normal. More

Drove 45 miles after speaking to Don Johnson and was first time told when i got there that dealership would not honor the price advertised on cars.com.
