They said they couldn't replicate the issue and said everything was fine. I was back their two weeks later because it only got worse. It was text book bad cylinder head causing misfire which should have been caught the first time. They replace it and I pick it up right before I go on vacation. I drive it for essentially the first time a week later out of town and when I'm driving in my in-laws neighborhood the van just shuts down on me. I get out and it is dumping fuel out on the street. I have it towed to local dealership and it ends up Don Davis didn't put the fuel line on properly. If it came off while on the highway that could have resulted in major injuries to my children because I would have essentially had no control of van since all power shut down which includes power steering and brakes. There service department is sloppy which could eventually cost someone their lives. STAY AWAY! More

Don Davis offered new tires & brakes to be put on my car. I was so happily surprised when Mr. Prestwood & the service team went above & beyond to just doing that. I got new wipers, oil change, inspection & even a new privacy cover for my back... There was a lot more & a complete inspection. I drove off this evening even more proud & secure about my relationship with Don Davis Auto Group. Thank you for everything you & your team did for me. More

I picked up a brand new Dodge Journey and broke a tab I picked up a brand new Dodge Journey and broke a tab that holds the fuse box cover on, the first night I had it. Though not impressed with the qua I picked up a brand new Dodge Journey and broke a tab that holds the fuse box cover on, the first night I had it. Though not impressed with the quality of the box latch, I was very impressed with how Jason Roberson, Service Advisor at Don Davis Auto Group handled it. Honesty being the best policy, I let Jordan know that this was not a factory defect and that it was my hands that were on the cover when this broke. I showed Jordan what I feel to be a very flimsy latch assembly and asked what the next step would be. He took me to the parts department, we priced the part at near $200 + an unknown labor charge to change the base power block assembly. Jason took the information to his supervisor and the decision was made to cover it under warranty. A time was scheduled and the vehicle was promptly fixed. While it was being repaired, Jason gave me updates on the progress. The little extra time that this takes is a true sign that someone cares about your buying and owning experience. Several employees in the service area actively showed an interest in supplying customer service the way it should be. More

Let's start at from the top. I came to Don Davis to service my 2010 Dodge Challenger. Just a normal service check up. After dropping off my car with Joel (who by the way was very friendly and helpful a service my 2010 Dodge Challenger. Just a normal service check up. After dropping off my car with Joel (who by the way was very friendly and helpful at drop off) I headed over to the new car sales to kill time while I waited on my ride to pick me up. That is where I met Ozzie Molina. He asked if I needed help & I told him I was just killing time and getting my car serviced. He asked about what I had and how I liked it. I told him I loved it but had a 3 year old son and two doors was kind of pain. That is when he recommended the Charger. I said I wasn't really in the market for a new car. He said since I had some time to kill I might as well at least take a look. Well, one look and I was hooked. I told Ozzie I wanted to keep my cost down so he took me over to the used lot and we looked at a 2011 Charger Base model. We exchanged info and I left. About an hour later Ozzie called me up saying he had someone take a look at my 2010 Challenger and he could get me $??K and he even pulled the amount I owed and gave me that info. Now my interest had peaked. He came at me with a very strong offer for my car right out of the gate. I appreciate that. While on the phone I told him I really wasn't that excited about going from a base Challenger to a Base Charger and if I made the move I wanted more bells and whistles. Immediately he recommended two 2012 Chargers that he had discounted. Told me what the MSRP was and what he could take off, which was about $?K. I told him I wanted to do some research and would talk with him the next day. The next day I decided I wanted to drive the 2012 Charger R/T he recommended. As soon as I showed up Ozzie dropped everything and we took the car out for a test drive. He was very informative on all the features and showed me how the Uconnect worked. Ozzie didn't pressure me or push me into anything which again, I appreciate. From there we came back and I said I'd like to see some numbers on this. I wasn't comfortable signing all those papers before agreeing on buying the car which was not a problem for Ozzie. He still almost immediately set me up with Mike. Mike had run the numbers and we came back at a monthly payment a little higher than I was comfortable with. I explained that Mike and said I wanted to discuss with my wife and again Mike was not pushy and didn't put pressure on me. I left and about 2 hours later Ozzie called me just to check in. I explained to him that we were about $30 a month off and that if I could get to where I wanted I would pull the trigger (assuming the wife didn't object). He said he would check. About 10 minutes later I get a call back and Ozzie tells me he has hit the number we needed to hit. I come back up to Don Davis and Ozzie and Mike set up me. Mike was very helpful in explaining the forms and answered all my questions. We even had a few laughs making fun of Ozzie!! It took me maybe 35 minutes from the time I got there to sign papers to the time I was driving off in my new car. Bottomline is I will absolutely recommend Don Davis to any of my friends and family. Don Davis Dodge did a phenomenal job from start to finish! Hell, I came in to service my 2010 Dodge Challenger and ended up buying a 2012 Dodge Charger....enough said! More
I came in for an oil change on my 2010 Charger. I saw a 2011 Charger R/T on the pre-owned lot that I HAD to have!!! Ozzie helped me, since I'd bought my 2 previous vehicles from him. My 2002 Town & Country van needed a transmission leak and noise repaired. I knew the job wasn't going to be cheap, but wanted it done right. Tim Myers understood what I wanted done, and when other problems that I didn't know about were found, he recommended the most cost effective ways to repair them. I never met the mechanic who did the actual work, but would like to shake his hand. Everything was fixed to my satisfaction, and I am delighted. I was always able to get answers to my questions, and Tim kept me aware of my repair status quite well. I expect that most customers who rack up more than $4,000 in repair costs would be unhappy. Well, I'm not, in fact I am delighted. Almost like new now! I use my van to tow a lightweight trailer and a vintage racing car. Towed weight is less than 3,000 pounds, and the towing package is rated for 3,500 pounds. Once I had a beefy hitch installed and wired up trailer brakes, it does everything I need to do, with plenty of room for carrying tires, tools, etc. inside the van. When I wear this one out, I'll be looking for another Town & Country, and I'll be coming to this dealership to buy it. More
