STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE DEPT Took my 08 patriot in to have diagnosis for abs and traction control 3 lights total . Said it would be $175 bucks and 2 days . So bring it in Wed at 4pm . Mary in Service Dept called me back Friday and asked history prior work done and problems I've noticed. Said he was about to start on it but prob be tom before it's ready . She calls and said he wasn't done and would be Monday. So Monday about 5pm Mary calls and says still not done. Finally late afternoon Tuesday she said he is done and I need abs module replaced $1600 bucks and alignment for $130 plus another $1100 worth of suggested work . No detail about what was looked at to narrow down other issues before needing this costly repair. Really just not the place I want to spend anymore time or money in again. Depressing. Almost a week for diagnosis ! #wheresmyrefundDDSD More
Poor Service Terry Collins Went in with my new truck at 950 miles for some abnormal vibration in the rear of my vehicle. They tell me the tires have flat spots and they are not covered under warranty so they offered to sell me new ones of course. I declined and went to Goodyear where they evaluated the tires and could not find any flat spots whatsoever. So back to the dealership I go. Long story short, Terry Collins Service manager was so sure of their diagnosis he convinced me to go back to Goodyear and purchase four new tires. I did and after $1,500 the vibration was still there. Their diagnosis was WRONG because they didn't do sufficient testing. Terry did not want to deal with the issue or take responsibility. He kept trying to send me back down to Houston where I bought the truck, mind you this is a brand-new truck snd should have coverage for such things. After a lot of arguing, Terry reluctantly tells me they will put four wheels from a different truck on my truck and drive it to see if they can isolate the problem. My son was with me and said why didn't you guys do that before making my dad spend money on tires. The service manager Terry Collins got in his face looked at him looked and said "who are you"? This guy was extremely disrespectful to my kid. My son made a valid point and Terry didn't like it so he tried to intimidate my kid. His unprofessional and condensing attitude caused me to leave without addressing the issues. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking to be treated fairly and respectfully. They either do not have the capability of diagnosing the issue or are only concerned about the bottom line. Neither one helps the guy that just spent $30,000 on a pick up truck plus another $1500 on new tires for absolutely no reason. More

I have noticed over the last 2 years that there service has started to degrade. The level of customer service interaction has declined. They use to call with the items that they recommended to be addressed at the sametime. Solution and alternatives. The service manger was rude and obnoxious. When I asked for an explanation of why tires on a year old car with less then 20k were bald. I was told that happens. Not the answer I was expecting. They also through trash on my floor board. I guess my next purchase will have to be from another dealership. More
Hit my car, never fixed problem it went in form. So, I take my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the dealership for a recall fix. The first time, it was in the shop for a week. I get it back. The recall is not fixed, and they hit my car in the service parking lot with another car they were servicing. THREE WEEKS LATER, I go back to get my car, AND they are RUDE and inform me that they never could find any other issue besides the body work. They spend a pure week diagnosing it and gave up, so they just put another replacement recall fix. Before this, they told me on the phone that it was all fixed and good to go. I will never step foot in a Jeep dealership again. I've been a loyal Jeep customer since I was 16, but these people have destroyed any trust I've had in a car dealership. More

She stated I would have to bring the vehicle in early and leave it all day. I agreed and when it came time to schedule the appointment I inquired that the work would be completed same day. Her reply was a short "probably." I felt I was getting mixed stories and that my issue was a very "low priority." I thanked her and told her I would seek help from another dealership. More
