Quick Visit Tire rotation with the dreaded clicking front rotor issue. I am surprised they charge for both a rotation and a balance, which was $50 bucks!! One of the rear wheels is not fully balanced but i only notice it around 48mph. Service guy was good however the service manager was a joke. I asked what they did to fix the clicking noise and he said "retorqued things down". The receipt said no problem found and i look at my dusty wheels to see none of the bolts on the rotors had been touched. What was retorqued then? Well, it isnt clicking right now so that is a good thing. Only time will tell. I also had the service shifter light....in which they said an update to the ECU for the transmission would fix. So far, yes, but I did notice that the transmission shifts a little rougher now, when cold. Again, only time will tell. More

End of day My person of contact seemed frustrated when I came to get my loaner car at 6pm. Look at everything before you leave the service center! They ruined one of my wheels and put it back on my truck as if nothing happened. Luckily I saw it before I left. Less than memorable Took Truck in for oil change and wanted to see why check engine light had come on during recent road trip. I had stopped at a dealer out of state and Took Truck in for oil change and wanted to see why check engine light had come on during recent road trip. I had stopped at a dealer out of state and told of a stored code which I told advisor of. I was charged a service fee to tell me my vehicle had a aftermarket part on it and they would not be able to run a test on the fuel injection. I advised I hid nothing from them as there was a sticker under the hood stating the parts name. Then to charge me a fee to tell me that was crazy. My oil change was completed properly and I paid my bill disagreeing with the one fee but have learned to just move on don't cause a disturbance and be on facebook or youtube and pass the word on in a review like this. The shop was clean and the cashier was professional. More
