Quick service, friendly employees I have come here twice, both times on a Saturday. It was surprisingly quick for a routine oil change, both times. The only thing that I have liked bet I have come here twice, both times on a Saturday. It was surprisingly quick for a routine oil change, both times. The only thing that I have liked better about other DCJ Dealers services is that most that I have visited do a free computerized alignment check and I haven't been offered that, here. That's not to say it isn't offered for no charge, but if it is, I wasn't told that. The reason I even bring this up is because both times, an alignment was suggested. I know I needed one the first time, so that wasn't news but without numbers to support the claim, it's harder to take the service suggestion seriously. Other than that, the gentleman who helped me was really nice and the cashier was fast and friendly, as well. I also walked through the new trucks and was greeted and the salesman helped me find a truck I wanted to view while I was waiting. He even offered to show me features on my current car that I wasn't aware of, which was nice, even though I ended up having to leave without taking his offer. Overall, good experience and I will go back. Their prices are reasonable. More

Intitial poor service Had scheduled a 10:30 appt on line with Mary Franco. Upon arrival she was finishing up with another customer, but was notified that I was waiting. Another service personnel entered her cubicle and a conversation ensued. After 10-15 minutes, I was informed that she was on the phone, the service personnel was still in her area. Shannon Buie told be she would be with me. After another five minutes, Mark Drexel noticed my dissatisfaction for waiting and started my service order. Eventually Mary came out and was with Mark for a few minutes before stating that Mark would continue with my order. She did not apologize for the wait. More
