The last time I was there it took 45 minutes to pick up my car, they didn’t know where it was parked and I had to find it by myself hidden in the back service area. My car was not washed and the service team is incompetent and rude. If it weren’t for their sales team and shuttle driver I would NEVER take my vehicle here again. Next time I will drive to a different dealer for service. More

It is always best to put yourself in the customers shoes, when addressing an issue with a persons car and I was not happy when I asked to speak with t It is always best to put yourself in the customers shoes, when addressing an issue with a persons car and I was not happy when I asked to speak with the service manager about my issue, he immediately took a stand off approach and was not very welcoming to me, some managers are content with sitting on their bottoms all day and not getting up to even greet a customer, it would be nice if "Terri" would have took charge of my misfortune and learn about my concern instead of saying "I'm not a technician and if they say your problem is normal than, that is just what it is, normal". I've never experienced such horrible customer service from a dealership in my life. It's a shame, I had to involve Shannon (service director) to get my problem resolved. Also, Mary (service representative) was unpleasant to deal with, I had a 5 minute conversation with Mary, about customer service all for her to call me back afterwards to say "my problem was normal". Well, it is not normal to have a 2015 Chrysler, you make a simple mistake and leave your keys inside and then the car does not unlock the car as it is supposed to and the incident leaves you stranded at a local grocery store for 2 hours. Mary, you should be ashamed of the service you delivered to me on my multiple visits. I would not recommend anyone deal with Mary or Terri Cruse/Cruize, how ever you spell his name. I hope to never have to return until Lease Vehicle Turn in Time and I will not be opting to purchase another Chrysler. More

Big delay in working on truck. At first I said that I would wait for truck. After I was told that no one would look at truck until the next day, I said I would just leave it. Then, I was told that it would be even longer before anyone started on my truck. Because, I wasn't waiting, then I would lose my place in line. So, I decided to wait. Someone finally looked at my truck after several hours. Not happy with diagnosis and multi thousand dollar estimate to repair.. Left and fixed it myself. First bad visit in your service dept. More

Repair on my 2018 Ram 1500 I took my vehicle in to have a broken part replaced. They took in my truck at 5pm and gave me a ride home. The part was ordered and came in 2 days lat I took my vehicle in to have a broken part replaced. They took in my truck at 5pm and gave me a ride home. The part was ordered and came in 2 days later. It was repaired quickly after they got the part. Total time at the dealership was 3 days. I'm very satisfied with the service I received. Mary was my advisor. More
