Intitial poor service Had scheduled a 10:30 appt on line with Mary Franco. Upon arrival she was finishing up with another customer, but was notified that I was waiting. I was told by my service, Mark, I normally have the best experience ever, but I, unfortunately, did not get my normal service representative, Audrey. I was told by my service, Mark, that my wait would be 3 hours but it turned into 4 and I was ultimately late to work. This was upsetting because I trusted the time that I was quoted and I felt like I was only told that time so I would spend my money.
