Battery under warranty. My battery died but was under warranty. Truck got ood service, Me not so much Needed a TPS sensor replaced and a rotation. Had come from Classic, where they were too busy to get me done while I waited. Car was checked in at 9 Needed a TPS sensor replaced and a rotation. Had come from Classic, where they were too busy to get me done while I waited. Car was checked in at 9 and done by 10. I know this because I saw the truck get taken down off the lift and driven out. No problems. But after that, it took forever to get out of there. I was waiting in only one place, the waiting room. But I was sent a Voice Mail to tell me the truck was ready, that must've wasted about 15-20 minutes. Then the SW (Mark Drexel) wanted to go over the recommended service. OK, so lets do that. But I waited and waited for him to get to me. Finally caught him as he was walking around servicing someone else, and he passed the check-out to another SW. If he was going to do that anyway he could have saved me a half hour or more. I'm not upset, and I'm thankful to have gotten the work done without needing to drop it off and return. Just thought the close-out process could have been executed better. More
Promises made then broken. #1: Called and scheduled recall repairs, was told they had all parts on hand, one day to complete. So they lied about having all the parts, and the time do do the repairs. #2: They said they had a shuttle sense this Jeep is a daily driver, waited 1 hour for it, ubered instead. Front desk is as nice as a box of dieing snakes, bitter and slow to respond. Got a phone call after I got home, asking if I still need a ride. If that's great customer service, is hate to see what good would be. #3: repairs are good, no issues on quality of work. But I will not purchase from Don Davis, can't trust what they say to be true. More

Chipped tenting A ABSOLUTELY LOVE DON DAVIS! THEY ARE SO NICE AND RESPOND WITHIN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY LOOK LIKE THEY WORK HARD AND STILL MAKE IT ENJOYABLE AND FUN! A ABSOLUTELY LOVE DON DAVIS! Differing prices On 26th stopped by for oil change and uconnect software update. Rescheduled for 27th with Audrey who said he believed software update was no charge. No Audrey and service manager said update would be 169 dollars. Got oil change and went home and contacted uconnect and upgraded at no cost. Big difference between 169 dollars and no cost. More
