I have been to many Chrysler dealerships in s Don Davis service manager Terry and his team go over and beyond for you and all your needs and concerns. I have been to many Chrysler dealerships in several different states and this is the only one that has made me feel like they care about me and my concerns and wishes of the work that needs to be done. I was told the work I needed done would take a week and they had me back in my car in 2 days. I drive 40 minutes to go to Don Davis and pass Multiple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Dealerships on the way. I do this because of How Wonderful they truly are !! More
Check engine light service I just picked up my vehicle because the check engine light was on.I got it serviced and it was supposedly fixed.It is one day later and my engine serv I just picked up my vehicle because the check engine light was on.I got it serviced and it was supposedly fixed.It is one day later and my engine service light is on again?I just wonder why it wasn’t handled when it was there.They had my vehicle for 5 days.Now I might have to potentially leave it again,it’s stressful with out my vehicle .....I just had my vehicle there about 2 months ago and they only found 7 maintenance problems(they serviced me for 4/7)and when I took it this time after maintenancing the check engine light.There was 11 things needing maintenance,don’t make sense to me?? When I arrived at the service area, Mr. Audrey Wilson came to attend to my concerns, told me what the technicians would do, and asked if there were other concerns. Mr. Wilson have been my service advisor for a while now, I enjoy listening to his expertise and feel confident that he will do his best to have my vehicle serviced correctly. Thanks More
Uncomfortable and felt pressured My interaction with the first service advisor Audrey, was great. He is customer service oriented. Unfortunate for me, he was going to be off the next My interaction with the first service advisor Audrey, was great. He is customer service oriented. Unfortunate for me, he was going to be off the next day and could not help me, so he passed me to the second service advisor. From the start, my interaction with the 2nd service advisor was not pleasant. Issue was that I had a diagnostic completed by another Dodge dealer in another city. So I knew what needed to be repaired. The 2nd service advisor kept repeating herself telling me that they did not accept other dealers diagnostic reports and pushed me getting a 2nd diagnostic. I declined it and they completed what I had requested which resolved the issue. I understood the possible need for an additional diagnostic in the event the repair did not resolve this matter. One explanation is all that is needed. In addition, I was informed that I would be informed of the cost of the repair before any work would be done, that did not occur. I was told the cost of repair after the work was completed. I was also over charged $45.00. The cashier transposed the numbers. I had to return later once I discovered the error and had it credited back into my account. I cannot in good faith give a passing grade for the customer service I received after my initial discussion with the first service advisor. More

I understood the risks and need if the repair I requested did not resolve this matter. No need to keep repeating oneself. I understood. The repair I requested resolved this matter. In addition, I was informed that I would be given the cost of repair before any work was done. Thad did not occur. I was informed of the cost of repair after the work was completed. I was also overcharged $45.00. The cashier transposed the numbers. I had to return to clear this matter once I caught the error. I cannot in good faith give a passing grade for the service I received. This was my first visit to this location. More
Service Excellence I came to the dealer for service, my scheduled oil change, and to see if they could do an update on my truck for a recall. Service advisor told me there were 2 updates that my truck needed. He verified my info,gave me a time frame to complete all the work. I did not stay my wife & I ran some errands & just as we were getting back to the dealer they called to tell me my truck was ready. work was completed within the time he told me it would be ready.OVERALL GREAT SERVICE! GREAT JOB! More
